What exactly is Ordelo for Business?

It is an all-in-one app for stores to take and manage orders, run a product catalog, accept payments and see the money, across counter, online and delivery, from one live board on your phone, tablet or the web. It works for restaurants, grocery stores, supermarkets and retail shops alike.

Do I need special hardware?

No. Ordelo works on the Android or iOS device you already have, and in any web browser. A receipt printer and a dedicated display tablet are optional extras if you want them.

How does the commission work?

You pay a small commission only on orders that Ordelo brings to you through our network. Orders from your own customers, your walk-ins, your own WhatsApp, your regulars, are always 0% commission, on every plan.

Can I manage more than one location?

Yes. The Growth plan supports multiple outlets and the Pro plan is unlimited, each with its own orders and reporting, all under one business account with team roles and permissions.
